All-You-Can-Train License Agreement for Clear, Correct, Concise E-Mail: A Writing Workbook for Customer Service Agents

This agreement between (licensee) ___________________ and E-WRITE.LLC gives licensee rights to make unlimited print reproductions of Clear, Correct, Concise E-Mail: A Writing Workbook for Customer Service Agents (workbook) for a six-month period.

The licensee has permission to make paper reproductions of the workbook from a PDF file provided by E-WRITE. The licensee has permission to use these materials for training purposes during this license period as long as all reproduction and training-related activities involving the workbook are completed within the six-month license period specified in this license agreement.

This license is limited to making paper reproductions of the PDF file of the workbook.

E-WRITE.LLC grants NO OTHER RIGHTS including the right to make this workbook available in any other format or media. The licensee agrees not to alter the workbook contents without express permission from E-WRITE.LLC.

The use of the workbook is limited to the organization named in the license agreement. Rights and use may not be transferred or extended to any other entity.

This license includes a two-hour teleconference (phone conference) at a date and time agreed to by the licensee and E-WRITE.LLC. The purpose of this teleconference is to provide guidance to the licensee on how to use the workbook for training purposes. The licensee may have an unlimited number of employees participate in the teleconference. E-WRITE's responsibilities are limited to providing a skilled trainer to facilitate the teleconference. Administrative and telecommunications costs (including but not limited to telephone charges and meeting costs) are the responsibility of the licensee.

In exchange for these rights, the licensee agrees to pay E-WRITE.LLC a license fee of $1000 (U.S.). Upon receipt of license fee, E-WRITE.LCC will provide the licensee with a PDF of the complete workbook. This license period commences on the date that E-WRITE.LLC provides the workbook PDF to the licensee and ends six-month from that date.
